"The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. "This was our second stay at this property and it was fantastic, again! The unit’s location is great for our young kids - easy access to the back lawn and close proximity to the local park/playground. The unit is well equipped with all things needed to make a vacation easy and fun! Will definitely be returning!"

"We have stayed in rentals at Seascape several times now, and this has been my favorite. I really love the first floor location. Patios on the grass are perfect for playing games or enjoying the sunshine, and it is just a quick walk to the beach. This rental is clean and accommodated. The layout is also somewhat unique, in that it has an additional den area. Great for families."

"It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night."

"We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again."
