The staff was very good with only one issue being that they offered discounted parking at the lot we were in, charged for it, but the lot would not let us exit without paying the full cost on top of what we paid. "Old hotel with great location and very clean and spacious rooms, although the furniture is a little bit old. The service was great, with the only exception of a very rude young guy with dark hair who checked us in on the first day (not the young man wearing glasses, who is very kind and polite)."
