While San Elijo Hills might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park and Stone Brewing.

"Plus: Front-desk staff was very helpful for a phone call prior to arrival, check in, etc. Breakfast amenities, waffles, coffee and area were nice. Our room was clean (most important) & quiet; wasn't picking up outside noise even facing Highway 78 and with a pool just below our window with activity past 10 pm.
Minus: Only minor things. Dark-out shades would be helpful. Room A/C did not seem to cool the room very well. Parking was a bit scarce but manageable.
We would recommend and stay here...
"There was no pool. The reception never answers phones. They couldn’t bring more towels and had no extra blankets. Breakfast was just muffins and they had no creamer for coffee"
