The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen...

"This property should not be listed on VRBO. Our host prior to arrival very accommodating, we booked at 1030 pm night before arrival. Didn’t see a lot of details until after booked including 2 doors in front of a so called triplex and we should go to the green door, park on L of door which we pulled up in driveway to L which was somebody else’s drive apparently so pulled in front of home and we’re so confused to what was happening, other cars in driveway on R apparently that live in room...

"This was a perfect, centrally-located spot for us to stay for my daughter’s state convention! Nice quiet neighborhood with trails and a park to jog. Well-appointed kitchen and super comfortable rooms with comfortable bedding. It has everything you could need, and great communication with the host!"
