"Very conveniently located, well-kept, and well-run. The bar in the corner made for some inevitable late-night racket. Gabby, who tended to things, was extremely helpful and pleasant and even helped us wrestle our luggage a block to our shuttle. Be sure to visit the Fuentes Georgina’s outside of Xela and go to the less developed pools downstream."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend"
