The terrace on the roof was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by olive trees and birds. And there is a lovely beach very very close. You can hear the waves from the house and see it from the terrace. "We had a horrific experience at this property . DO NOT STAY HERE This is NOT a villa- it is a basement dwelling with no view and no light . The bedrooms are many steps down in a basement with very little light . It is a fire danger as if there is a fire upstairs there is no way to get out . Very disturbing and we could not sleep . The bed is horribly uncomfortable. There were hardly any essential items- little bit of toilet, no hand soap, no dish soap , even during covid . Terrible sheets and...

"While there seemed to be a misunderstanding about room size… our cottage was a bit smaller than I expected…all worked out well and we had a wonderful time. The pool was fantastic,our porch overlooked the Adriatic (a bit of a distance away but still fantastic). Host was very helpful and gave great directions to get to the apartment. Peschici was amazing and a return trip to city and the cottage is on the list!"

Nous étions 2 asultes et 3 enfants mais le logement est plus adapté pour 4 car 1 fois le clic clac ouvert dans le séjour, on ne peut plus bcp bouger et pas de rideau à la porte donc réveil matinal pour la personne dormant dans le séjour. Sinon tout était parfait: propreté, piscine, accueil... Nos enfants ont adoré jouer avec les chats🐱"
