The tram to Venice was just a short walk away and the area had plenty of cafe’s and Patisseries close by. "The only reason I gave this a good rating is the bed is the most uncomfortable that I've ever slept on. Basically a box spring with a sheet on it. The unit was very clean, as advertised, the host very responsive, greatl location, lots of restaurants and the tram from the mainland to Venice is a 3 minute walk. "
