The community pool was a huge bonus travelling with kids. Ocean great for surfing but known to have rip currents. We boogie boarded and waded around with kids aged 10-16. "13 of us stayed for 3 nights at this house. Perfect location. Close to beach and the town. 5 cab ride to night life. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom very spacious. Host Tia was there for wherever we needed. We rented golf carts for the stay, best decision. We used them so many times to move around day and night. Don’t hesitate to book this property. "

"We had a group of 10 for a fishing vacation and stayed at Casa de Espana. The home was beautiful & very clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. While the home was perfect, it was a bit further from Los Suenos and Jaco than I had hoped. Excellent proximity to Playa Hermosa, however. I would absolutely stay again."

"It’s a lovely beachfront spot with amenities that allows you to relax without having the need to leave for dining. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen but there is a restaurant and bar on property as well. There are spa services available but the massage received during our stay was lackluster at best. The staff was an absolute delight! From the groundskeepers, housekeeping, service staff and the front desk went above and beyond! The ocean is particularly calm in this area with very little drop off that makes swimming and wading enjoyable. This spot will be revisited! "
