Prefumo Crest Inn: 20 minutes to Cal Poly, beaches and downtown

Prefumo Crest Inn has 3 master suites with en-suites, and an open floor plan kitchen and great room. The indoor spaces are open and airy, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and endless views. All rooms have french doors overlooking a private covered patio and garden. Each suite has a king size memory foam bed, Brooklinen luxury bedding, couch, fireplace, smart-tv, wi-fi and iPhone compatible radio. En-suites have a whirlpool tub, open-air shower and water closet.
The great room has a 65” TV, large sectional couch, 8 person dining table and spacious kitchen area. The kitchen has a Samsung electric range/oven, full size refrigerator, reverse osmosis water, coffee maker and tea kettle, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Locally roasted, organic coffee and teas are also provided.
Two large sets of north/east facing slider doors allow for a seamless outdoor transition. Outside, the pergola covered picnic table overlooks Morro Bay, and the charcoal grill is ideal for get togethers with family and friends.
Our property is a 6,000 sq. ft., solar/battery powered, barn-style building. There are two levels separated by over two ft. of highly insulated space. When we’re in town, we stay on the top story; the lower story is completely private, dedicated, 2,000 sq/ft. Andguest space. We love hosting, however, we don't interact unless necessary. Normal/raised voices or music can't be heard from one level to the next. No partiers please.
