"So enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse! Clean, comfortable and beautiful surroundings. We were met with turkeys right outside the house every morning. Saw deer on the hills at sunset. We even used the outdoor grill to barbecue steaks from the Cal Poly Meat Market down the road! Usually grills at rentals are far from clean! Chuck was very responsive and helpful with tips for our stay. Thank you!"

"We recently stayed here with a group of 6 adults for a long birthday weekend. I cannot say enough great things about this property and honestly did not want to leave at the end of our trip. The views from the living area, master bedroom, and deck were incredible - we had some absolutely gorgeous sunrises while we were there. The home is perfect for groups or a large family. We had 3 couples and every couple had their own bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed this property so...

"So distant family came together to celebrate Christmas over the New Year holiday. This place was perfect for the occasion. Plenty of room, utensils, blankets, towels and seating. Alot of different areas to kickback in. Great place to have a wedding(if they did weddings). Only thing they need is more chalk for the pool table. Finally found one small piece out in garage after looking for awhile. Five stars!"

"This place was incredible! Minutes away from SLO and easy drive to Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, etc. Lots of room for the family to stretch out. Great little touches like snacks and welcome wine. The host family was very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to SLO"

"We had a house reserved for our stay in the Paso area and last minute the owner cancelled due to some insurance issues. What we thought was a horrible turn of events actually was a blessing, as a quick search for another house landed us at Janis'. The Farm House on the vineyard is a beautiful home, inviting, warm, comfortable, private and luxurious. The perfect place to unwind in the perfect environment. The wine tasting with Janis was amazing as well. You won't go wrong staying here!!!"

"We were fortunate to spend five wonderful nights at Zoofari. It was paradise for my three grandsons and an enjoyable and relaxing getaway for the adults. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable and the yard is a dream. The yard is large and fully fenced which is perfect for dogs and kids. There is a great play structure and a trampoline and even a two hundred pound tortoise living in a corner of the yard. The pool and hot tub area looks so inviting I’d love to return in the summer. ...

"The property is really unique. The house is truly a historic landmark. It was neat to experience it and spend time on the property. The wives were able to do some wine tasting at Sextant and it was so nice being all on site. The house is located just outside of SLO and an easy 10 minute drive to downtown."

"We loved this cozy home- it was quiet and private from the road. The beds were comfortable, everything was in working order, and very clean. The garden was lovely around the home, we watched several birds enjoy the fountain. The laundry facilities were very convenient when traveling near the beach, and with a family. There were several dishes, containers, cutlery to use. We were thankful for the Kuerig, because coffee is important! I didn't find a toaster… but that is the only teeny tiny thing...
