"ATTENTION…..please read!!!!First of all property was nice. One story on stilts….it is on the beach as it displays. I wanted it because it was close to the jetty which I wanted to fish off of. My first time doing this not going there to that area. Now what you need to know…You are one house away from the Surfside Jetty Park which is public. So you will have a lot of people right below your house! I mean actually underneath and in your parking area. I had to explain to people that this is our rental and please move which they did and yet few hours later more showed up. Again I had to explain them to leave. I left to go to the store and when I got back another family was camped out in our driveway. Quite irritating. When the ocean is rough expect the water to run all the way under your house to the street bringing trash: wine bottles etc…my error in not checking what was happening that weekend. Well they had a surfer open competition. So you really could not get in the water there to swim or hang out or surf fish because they were all getting in the water right in front of your house. Then they would come in there as well. Very busy. That was pretty much all day. The house next door had a 8’ chain link fence around the bottom of it as well as electronic gate. We thought that was strange when we first got there. But after a day or so we understood why. So the public doesn’t camp out underneath your house. It got trashy of course. Other than that the place was nice. Good luck"

"We enjoyed our two BR 2 bath Signature stay. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Would have appreciated some extra towels in the room but staff was quick to deliver more at request. Pool towels would have been plus. We had to go looking for some. The balcony provided a gorgeous view but the furniture was very uncomfortable and could have used a quick once over prior to room occupancy. The snack bar was convenient with a decent food selection at a reasonable price. Love a readily available luggage cart!! The infinity pool and hot tub were fabulous- clean and well maintained. The swim up bar was not available but the snack bar was and convenient to the pool area. Again, the furniture pretty uncomfortable. Beach access convenient and close - a shower to re-enter the property would have been a plus. Wristband “keys” were nice. The property was a bit hard to find even with GPS. All in all: highly recommended! Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable"

"Great beach weekend with girlfriends. We especially appreciated the boardwalk down to the beach right next to the house. Beautiful view and comfortable accommodations. We brought our own food since there are not many restaurants nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies we needed for food preparation. You will get your money's worth if you purchase the 25 Pointe Club beach bracelet so you can enjoy all their amenities."

"Great location allowed us to be at a point on the beach that was not crowded. Owner was easy to work with. Only real complaint was that the doors to the restrooms did not lock."
