"We had a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful resort with the best of both worlds, the ocean is a quick walk over the boardwalk or you have great access to the pool. The restaurant is open as well as the bar. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need and you have access to the charcoal grill if needed. The patio gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and a quiet place to read. Joan very kindly allowed us access to the beach chairs and shade cover. We had great communication prior to and throughout our trip. She was a wonderful host; it was nice to have a person to contact rather than a generic company. The check in was easy and we felt very safe leaving our teenage girls in the condo while we went to the beach. There are 2 separate pools. One large pool in the main building and a smaller pool with a lazy river across the road and to the west on the bayside. This smaller pool has a beautiful view of the sunset. No outside food or drink at the big pool because they have a bar and restaurant. Take a cooler with food and drinks to the smaller pool since there are no services. I highly recommend this condo for its quiet location, close proximity to the ocean and main building, as well as great communication with the host. It was a soft place to land after a busy touristy day in town."

"This condo is beautiful and has lots of room. The location is perfect, right next to the pool. The balcony views are beautiful. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The check in & check out process was easy. I highly recommend!"

"Our second stay here and the condo does not disappoint. Only negative is one towel per person. Having to do a load of towels every day is not what I want to do on vacation. Unfortunately the killer swarm mosquitoes on the property will keep us away from pointe west. Was hoping this year would be better, but it was not."

"This property is pristine in a location far from the crazy crowds. This condo is beautiful, looks brand new & very clean. We enjoyed the beach club amenities & can see how families with children could really take advantage of the pools & views. Just need to know there is a lot of walking to get to the beach & to the beach club amenities. We drove to the sunset pool & enjoyed the lazy river which was very relaxing. We were there 5/13-5/17/24 & had the place to ourselves with only a few other guests. This was our choice to avoid crowds. Only downside is that the mosquitoes were really bad! Bring repellent. This is still the gulf coast & you need to prepare."
