"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. We enjoyed the pool and spectacular views and the house was very charming, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and made check in very easy. Highly recommend. Mike"

A traditional rustic farmhouse that simply has everything single thing you need and if not the lovely host will find it. The setting is glorious. The history is wondrous and the pool is to die for. This was truly the most magical holiday. I will say that I was totally dubious owing to the fact that there were no reviews but I need not have worried. Simply stunning in every way."

"Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. "Villino Flaminio was really special - it took about 45 minutes to get to Piazza del Popolo from the house yet it had all the qualities you would expect from a beautiful countryside. Above all I found owners very friendly and helpful beyond my expectation. I truly enjoyed my stay at the cottage and would not hesitate a moment to recommend the place to anyone. "The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The environment was quiet and convenient. I didn't know it was far from the city. I had to use a taxi to go there and to go to the San Paolo Basilika the next day, which costed quite a lot. 😆"

"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "

"We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy and the purpose of the trip was therefore achieved."

"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "
