"From the moment we arrived; we enjoyed every second there. The hotel is on a private property so the only ones at the hotel are the employees and the guest so we felt safe. The hotel is so beautiful; they really keep the concept of the Oasis by not having wifi and tv so the guest can literally just enjoy the view; the sound of all the birds; and just relax without the distractions of technology. The food… omg it was AMAZING. We tried every single option on the menu and we were blown away. Everything was delicious including the hot chocolates. If you let Alexis do her thing; you won’t be disappointed cause she knows what she is doing with the food and drinks. Jose; one of the employee there is the man! He took care of us from the moment we landed until we left. Very kind man; he answered all of our questions about Guatemala Culture and always made sure we felt at home.
