This Spaghetti Carbonara will probably be one of the best and simplest you'll ever have. This out of the way spot is in the San Lorenzo area of Rome. They also advertise that Bourdain has been there and they have been on Travel Channel's Food Paradise as they are known for their Porchetta which is very tasty. But the carbonara was the best.

"It's a perfect location to stop for a night before heading to airport...facility has everything! Walk into to town is starighforward, can stroll along peer and enjoy local pizza and sandwhiches and sea food, the restaurant attacjed to the hotel is phenomenal !"
