"The property is as listed. It has all the amenities for a comfortable long stay. It was clean and Sylvie (the concierge) was helpful when we needed her. It is a very peaceful and secure place, we were all very please with the house. The only drawbacks are the beds, specifically the matresses, which could be better. "This hotel has a lot going for it. Once inside you wouldn’t even know the city of Manta was just outside. The Bungalow area with pool is easy on the eyes and the room inside and out was very comfortable and welcoming. Next visit to Manta we will plan a longer stay for sure. For beach or shopping and local eateries it is a very convenient location. To top it all the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help make our stay perfect."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable; Wi-Fi worked well and there was hot water in the shower. I had prepaid with Expedia, but I was asked to pay again in cash at check-in. With my limited Spanish I was able to show my receipt and that was sufficient. The key fob is huge; the idea being that you will hand in your key if you leave the property rather than take it with you. That way they can control access to who is coming and going. It was a nice one night stay. "
