The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! "The Place is near to the sea and right next to a bus station. There is a good restaurant and a few lilttle bars aswell. Lorenzo is really a nice host and he cares about. The breakfast he made was one of the best i had after 8 weeks of travelling. In general he let you feel very welcome and is easy to talk to. The Room and bathroom is very nice and clean. "Breakfast was great. Selection of cold meats and cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries and breads. Ideally locsted for the train station and beach. Room 220 was for 4 people, one double bed and 2 singles. Right at the top of the building, in the eaves. 4 very small windows so not much natural light and no view. 1 wardrobe and one chest of drawers. Table with 4 chairs. Room was spotless, cleaned and towels changed daily. However could do with some general maintenance as air con unit was partially broken, grouting in the shower had some mould, and fridge was in poor condition."
