"We had a superior room, which was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant several times, and the food and drink was excellent. One evening we just enjoyed the cocktail bar, and the staff were fun! Breakfast buffet has everything one could want, and was always fresh. Free parking! You will have an uphill walk to the town centre, but no matter where you go in Siena it’s either up or down. Highly recommended."

"The property was beautiful and Sveva was a lovely host. We enjoyed the historical tour of the property and wine tasting. The apartment units allowed our large group to have private space, and we gathered together outside by the pool for lounging, swimming, and dining."

"Get ready because when you drive here, this is off the grid. Actually the last 2 km are a narrow one-way street. If you rent a car, don’t get anything fancy get an SUV. Now when I arrived, I was greeted by amazing front and staff. Got to my room, which was an amazing villa. Love the property, it was very quiet. I am a solo traveler, and do not recommend it for a solo traveler, unless you just wanna get away from it all. Let’s put it this way, I was the only single person there amongst the maybe half a dozen couples. I’m giving this place a five stars because of the castle, the property, the staff, the rooms. Now I have to get into a few things that were a little bit disappointing. My air-conditioning did not work the first night, and it was hot. My villa just happened to be above the spa. So maybe I thought that’s why it was a little bit extra hot. But it wasn’t. They had ceiling fans, but no remote controls. The next morning I woke up got them to fix the air-conditioning, and bring me remote controls for the ceiling fans. The shower was absolutely horrible, all built up with hard water, barely rain down water. I also used the spa for one hour, and there were three showers that you could experience in the circuit, and only one showerhead rained down the other two were plugged.I just think maintenance has to go through this building and fix these small findings and it could be definitely a five star resort. It’s just frustrating when you pay premium dollars."

"This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard . The host and owner is Paula , she is a grandma with a lot energy , willing to help you with anything. We sat there for 6 days to visit the Tuscany . You need a car to be here because is very central for most of the small and medien town here . Siena is about 10 km , a little further Montepulciano , Montalcino , Arezzo , San Gimignano , Pienza , Valterra y Cortona all about 40min , 1 or 1 and 1/2 hour from here . The value for the money is great . Be aware you need a car here , and buy some groceries from a Conad market from 2 km from here . Not convenient store walking distance . Overall this is was a great stay , and again , thank to Paula , we greatly appreciate your hospitality !"

"This villa is a true extension of the essence of Tuscany. It has timeless beauty, modern conveniences, and impressive gardens. It is centrally located within a brief distance to Florence, Seina, San Gimignano, olive and wine farms with tastings, horseback riding and more.The villa is expansive and beautifully appointed with marble, grand chandeliers and exquisite furniture. Outside, the carefully tended gardens wander around the large pool, the hot tub, the wood ovens, and several large patio areas for outdoor dining. We enjoyed many large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living room areas during our stay. The villa is beautifully cared for and managed, and we found our host to be available at any time and so informative and kind. There was no better experience than the Villa la Quercia while we were in Tuscany. We would give 10 stars!"
