Alfonso is the most gracious of hosts and has built a beautiful home with six guest rooms that each have their own bathrooms, all situated around an inner courtyard. "I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me. "

"We loved the house and the facilities both indoors and outdoors which was ideal with having five children with us, made all the better by some glorious weather. There were some disappointments which we lived with but which in truth fell short of acceptable standards for a rental property such as the kitchen where there was no kettle and the oven did not work nor did some of the cooker hob plates and in the showers the shower heads were not fit for purpose. We chose to live with and work around some of these issues because the home which has huge space and of great character and the outdoor space and facilities such as the fabulous swimming pool enabled a thoroughly enjoyable holiday."
