He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. "Paradise in the middle of Panajachel. Hotel is on Calle Santander where all the action is. Tons of shopping and restaurants. An easy 5 minute stroll to the lanchas. The best part is the hot springs tub on the hotel grounds. Hotel grounds are well kept and great security and hotel staff. Stayed here with kids and they have a little play area with swings. "
