The kitchen area has ocean views and is built in a glamorous and modern style where you can enjoy an immaculate and clean space to create your breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners!

The kitchen is prepared with all the necessary and basic utensils to feel home away from home and have a 5-star stay in a glamorous and luxurious environment!

This unit has beautiful views. It is well maintained and has everything we need. Rafael is very responsive. The complex shows age, but security is always available and also helpful. We would definitely book this property again.

This place is located in an ideal part of the island to really get an authentic P.R. experience, has a great ocean front view, and located on one of the best beaches on the island. Very secure building, and lovey room with everything you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was absolutely beautiful. The owner has done an amazing job making it clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was pots, pans, everything you need In the kitchen. There was even laundry detergent. The owner was very good with communication and was very respectful and would check in with us.

We had a fantastic stay at Rios place! The apartment was clean with very nice new upgrades. The best part was the corner balcony and the stunning view. Rios was very easy to work with and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we had a great stay. The staff at the front gate was also very helpful! I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this stay for anyone visiting! Thanks again for making our first trip to PR the best it could be!

The view from the balcony is amazing. Host was very helpful and quick to respond with questions. The apt had everything you would need, including a washer/dryer. Would be nice to have another chair in living room, if you have more than 2 people. Apt is a short walk to restaurants. Parking spot is at far end of parking garage, so if carrying lots of things, it was helpful to drop off at front entrance/lobby.

Ríos was a superb host! Super responsive and gave detailed check in instructions. The property itself is very lovely. Overlooks the beach exactly as described. Clean. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. The surrounding neighborhood is fine, just would not venture out alone at night. Location is close driving distance to el yunque rainforest, multiple pristine beaches, and kioskos de Luquillo for plenty of food options. Definitely would recommend this listing for a couple, small friend group, or small family! Thank you Ríos!

We had the time of our life! The apartment was perfect and we were so sad to leave. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular and the beach below was almost private, as few people were ever there when we were. We loved Luquillo too, and the other beaches were also amazing, each one different. We had strong waves where we were, but walking up to Playa Azul, we had calm gentle waters. Palm trees, golden sands, and amazing people, we can't say enough how wonderful our vacation was. We can't wait to go back. Such a great experience! The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom needs like shampoo and body wash, and our own washer and dryer. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

Very clean, updated 5th floor corner unit. Great views from the balcony! VERY soft bed, AC works well in both rooms! Great location, close to many cafes and shops, short drive from Luquillo beach and the kioskos. Property is gated, staffed by a security person at all times-you will have to fill out a quick form if you're planning to park in the garage but then they just wave at you as you drive in. It's a short walk from the garage to the lobby, check other reviews for directions, overall not too bad! Property does not have direct beach access, that we've found anyway, so you have to walk out the front gate and around the block to get to it but once you do, it's beautiful. Apartment has a fridge, stove, washer/dryer unit, everything works as it should and is very convenient! Would stay again!

We stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything from the check in process to the checkout process was perfectly smooth! The property had everything we needed including a variety of cooking utensils, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and even other cleaning supplies! This was extremely convenient as previous trips to the island at other locations required us to buy absolutely everything. This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our trip, both size and destination of the property! We were able to use the private pool or take a dry short walk walk to the beach front right outside the property. The hosts communication with us was great as he was able to assist when needed/if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple as this was a great experience for us and will be definitely be staying here again! You will not regret it!
