Miramar City is an amazingly cozy space perfectly located in a peaceful nook of Miramar. Not too far from the Convention Center, Downtown Miramar, or Old San Juan, this is a perfect spot to venture out from and explore all of San Juan and the entire Island. Nicely decorated and furnished unit in an upscale neighborhood just south of Condado, and close to Old San Juan. This unit is a bedroom and 2 bath 3rd story walk up with a spacious living room that can accommodate a total of 12 guests.

Not quite up to par

This apartment is at the top of 4 flights of stairs. It is relatively clean but there are some small pests roaming around the kitchen counter in the evening. The 2nd shower did not work even after a "repair" was performed. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms likewise did not work after a repair. The balcony is quite small and overlooks the street where on the last morning they were using a concrete saw and jackhammer to tear up the sidewalk. This was just bad luck I suppose. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Booked the place since it said sleeps up to 10, first night there we find dirty blankets, no clean linens and not enough bed linens for all 9 of us. There was what looked like blood on the sheets, and smelled like dog on all of the beds and futon. After contacting the host, we received extra linens but no blankets like we asked for. The next day, we found roaches in the freezer. The number they provide for us to contact in case of an issues, does not work. To say the place is dirty would be doing it justice. Having kids in my group, this was highly disappointing. We ended up having to buy detergent to wash all of the bed linens and stuff they left due to the strong smell and overall cleanliness of the place. While the location is very good, this place brought us more stress than comfort during the trip.

Miramar 3A

This property was not clean when we arrived, so we had to buy supplies to clean it. All the comforters, sheets and towels were stuffed in the closet. There were ants in the kitchen, bedroom and living room along with a cockroach in the shower. The couch was stained up and had a leg that was broken. And it had stairs which made it hard to get our heavy luggage up and down. I will say though that the owner was very pleasant and helpful.

50th earth day with family members was priceless every one meets up for the first time in 5 years

Finding the property was easy,everything was great ,the only problem I have was they should have more toilet paper, two keys because everyone not going to the same place ,there was no cleaning supplies for me to clean up after, we have to purchase.
