Luxury completely remodeled apartment with ocean, pool and city view, and direct access to the Alambique beach. It is a unique experince, ubicated in the best area on Isla Verde walking distance to restaurants, casino, hotels(next to Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel) and nightclubs(Brava). 3 minutes from international airport (SJU). 10 minutes away from Old San Juan. Also, 5 minutes away from The Mall of San Juan. Car rentals nearby the area. The best option to stay in Isla Verde!!!!

2 comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom with a King bed and ocean view and the second bedroom with a queen bed. Fully remodeled bathrooms, with an audio speaker bluetooth and LED lights in the shower, a unique experience. Dryer and washer, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with 2 sofabeds and 2 single beds. 3 flat screen TV with Netflix and 3 a/c console units in the bedrooms and living room.

Loved the location and building secure and clean . Pool and beach lovely. The unit itself was not up to our standards. Supplies advertised not in kitchen, beds very uncomfortable, towels threadbare, decor questionable, balcony furniture uncomfortable, other furniture needs replacement. No towels in kitchen not enough blankets

This property was absolutely terrible. There was mold, wholes in the sheets and The place wasn’t fully clean when we got there. There were gnats and ants. The AC was leaking and Ultimately we found a roach, and left. The host was not very responsive and We refuse to give us a refund. Do not stay at this place!!!!!

This apartment is located in the best location of Isla Verde, beautiful view to the ocean, the pool and the overall complex. The place is safe and absolutely welcoming. This is my second stay in this apartment and it is a home away from home. Plenty of space for a family. The owners are readily available to answer any questions.

Everything was great! It was all that we hoped for and more. Our host, Anuardi was excellent with communicating, I would instantly get a response to any questions that we had. The condo had everything we needed even some nice little extras were added. We definitely would come back.
