Enter through an oversized front door into a spacious entryway. The living room opens ahead, with the dining room and stairs to the left. The kitchen and one bedroom are located on the first floor, with a full bathroom nearby.

• A guest room with two XL twin beds and a desk

Our rules are in place to ensure we are good neighbors and to ensure the house in is kept in good working order for future guests. We appreciate your commitment to these rules.
Please review all house rules:
Be mindful of our working neighbors.
No Parties or unauthorized guests. If unauthorized guests are identified, you will be charged an additional $100 per guest per night of the reservation.
No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours.
If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge a $250 fee. If police are called you could be subject to a fine up to $1000.
Please rinse off before entering the pool, especially if you have been to the beach. NO DIVING or JUMPING into the pool.
No glass containers in or near the pool.
Children should never be left unattended in the pool or backyard.
Please keep main gates closed at all times when not in use.
Failure to adhere to rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
