"The hotel is perfect for a stay when you need proximity to the airport. The neighborhood is not very safe but the staff are extremely attentive, they wouldn’t let me wait outside, helped me out to the uber, etc., and there are security cameras, so the property itself is very safe. If you aren’t freaked out by the neighborhood its a great choice."

"Our flight was canceled and we went through 5 hours of horror to rebook new flight with 2 days delay. Expedia did not help us at all, neither facilitated this process but told us that we are on our own. Horrible service!!! We will definitely take our complain further with the federal regulators."

She accompanied me to the doctor and ensured we get proper care. She also provided good breakfast. Very safe and friendly place. "The location is great, safe neighborhood and very walkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I would recommend is to bring ear plugs. "I've got little trouble bringing guest to my room so it is advised to heck with the hotel before if it is permitted. Make sure to request a lower floor because the higher up the less pressure the shower has, I was in the 7th floor and it was dripping from the shower. "
