"The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....

The pool was lovely to have and there was only one day out of 4 where it was too busy for us to get beds out there It only took about 20 minutes to walk into town and it’s right next to the metro so really great location "
