"Every where you look from this property there is a beautiful view. Not just the volcano but also the jungle and the lake; absolutely stunning. We walked down the trail to Walden falls and it was our favorite part of the day. Don’t miss out on the local restaurant halfway down the hill. Fabulous food, people, and views. The bed was comfortable and the space was very comfortable for two people. "

"Great stay. Was a bit outside of Santa Elena but was very quiet. Very clean and cozy. Didn’t have a washer or dryer but that is about the only complaint. Wasn’t easy to find, but the host did a great job communicating. Very happy overall and would definitely stay there again. "

"This place is a dream. You might think the pictures make it look too good to be true, but honestly the pictures don't even do it justice. The view is beyond breathtaking, the house is immaculate, the owner provided helpful instructions and was super responsive to communications. Truly the stay of a lifetime. When we arrived the whole mountain was in a cloud. (it's in a cloud forest after all). You couldn't even see a foot or two past the deck. At first I was bummed, thinking we wouldn't get...

"Nice little apartment, but needs updating. Windows without screens, poor insulation and was very cold and windy. Lots of noise from main road closeby. Shower was the only place with hot water, an electric low flow shower with marginal flow. "

"Lidia's apartment was very clean. Host was friendly. Some minor inconveniences such as spotty wifi, and window would lock, but host is always nearby to help resolve things. Would definitely stay again! "

"Great location and close to a couple nice restaurants and bakery. Nice to have washer and dryer as an option even though there was a limit to 1 load during our stay. Checkin was simple and clear. The condo was nicely decorated with adequate kitchen amenities provided for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time here and felt the price was very reasonable. We loved trying out the traditional coffee maker with the coffee that was provided as well!"

"Exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed to this newly remodeled home. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Michael was amazing in helping us make arrangements for activities and so flexible when our flight was cancelled to assist in a place to stay as the home we were in was rented to the next people. We highly recommend this home. We would give it more then 5 stars if we could!"
