"Firstly, Pedro was a great host (without actually meeting him). He called us to make we had landed alright and to make sure we knew how to get to the Villa. He helped us with any questions and was very flexible with the check out time (ideal as we had a 1 year old who needed a late morning nap). The Villa is a perfect size, with 4 terraces (ideal for getting the sun all day), two bathrooms, and 3 good bedroom. "Al principio todo parecía bien, le comunicamos a la encargada de la casa de la posibilidad de salir más tarde( parace que no se lo comentó a la propietaria) y intentamos de ordenar y tirar la basura( a pesar de solo dejar una bolsa de basura, porque las otras dos estaban rotas y que en el precio del alquiler esta los gastos de limpieza) así que usamos de nuestras bolsas para organizarlo todo, también insiste en que éramos 10 personas y no es así ( nose como ella verificará eso) . "We saw the listing and it looked great. We had good communication with the lister at the start, however that soon changed. The listing said 3 bedroom which was inaccurate. It had 2 bedroom and a total of 3 rooms. All the room was extremely dirty to say the least. The only AC unit, which is in one of the bedroom, did not work; it had a clogged drain line and dripped constantly on the bed below it and the ground. The pool is nothing like picture in the ad. It was disgusting and was not maintained...
