"The hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and responsive. The breakfast that was provided each morning was welcome and a nice start to the day. We felt taken care of during this visit and it made the time we spent in San Jose that much more enjoyable. It was a very nice facility."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the Hyatt Hotel. The employees were friendly and attentive. I will be using this hotel in the future. It was clean. The gym was nice. And the pool was a fun family area. I mainly enjoyed the kitchen amenities. I highly recommend the stay. "

"Check in was fast. Staff at front desk and car valet were great. Room was a nice size, had fridge and microwave and was very clean. Location was close to freeways. The only downside was because of the location, it only had valet parking at $25 per night. The valet staff was great, though. Very nice and courteous. I would definitely stay again."
