"The staff was really friendly and helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. The hotel is situated walking distance to the malls, endless restaurants and bars. There were two equipment breakdowns that could have impacted our stay but was resolved rather quickly with endless apologies. The only downside was the suite didn't have a microwave so I has to ask the staff to reheat food. Overall it was a pleasant exprerience with the hotel, staff and amenities. I will definitely visit again!"

"Una experiencia sencillamente espectacular. ❤️ Desde que llegue , el servicio fue excelente, súper atentos y amables en todo momento. Las instalaciones son únicas, hermosas y tienen ese encanto especial que hace que uno se desconecte y simplemente disfrute. El lugar es perfecto para descansar, disfrutar de la naturaleza y vivir un momento diferente. Y ni hablar de los atardeceres… ¡una belleza! 🌅☕️ Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. 100% recomendado. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan especial! 🥰"

"Visited for a wedding a month after the earthquakes. Everyone was so wonderful even though the employees had recently experienced the horrible experience of the earthquake."

"The room itself was better than expected with the exception of a broken desk chair that left you sitting lopsided. It was equipped with coffee maker, fridge, stove and iron. The sliding door to the balcony provides minimal soundproofing which due to the location of the hotel, made it impossible to sleep. Road noise was constant throughout the night."

"Après un séisme de 7,4, l’équipe a été formidable pour s’assurer que tout était correct pour nous. Nous avons dormi 12 nuits, personnels serviables, piscine très bien, bien situé, un trois étoiles mais on se sent très bien."
