"This is a nice little apartment that has an amazing view! We especially liked the easy walk to all the shops and markets a few blocks away. The building if very safe and secure with a guard at the door. They also have many extra rooms to meet in, a pool, and pet park. We didn't have time to use them but looked enjoyed looking around and seeing the interesting décor. The first picture with the umbrella's is one of those rooms in the apartment complex to give you an idea of what the building is...

"5 stars...the listing and photos are accurate. It provides economical lodging in a Fantastic location to explore museums and culture. Walking distance to Teminal Atlantico Norte...improtant to us as we were traveling onward to Cahuita. Several bus routes stop within a block of the apartment if you want to travel around the city. Plenty of soda's and small eateries close by. Great for a few nights to really get to know the history of Costa Rica and San Juan. The apartment meets all basic needs...

"The area is a little scary and uber had a hard time finding it but once you got inside it was really nice. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Was wondering why the room came with ear plugs but hallway was very loud especially at night."

"We loved our stay at the Artist Condo in Barrio Dent. The condo was perfect with great space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and laundry! Great view of the mountains from our windows. It is in a nice neighborhood that is walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Escalante. It has easy access to all the restaurants in the area. The condo itself was very welcoming and had all the modern essentials. There's lots to do here including the gym and the theme rooms on the top level. The view is amazing! Very pet friendly. Washer/dryer. My only complaint is the noisy train. If you can get past that, this place is fantastic! The concierge is excellent here. Always quick to reply back and very helpful with booking...

"Very nice apartment over a terrific Mediterranean restaurant. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and night life, but far away enough to avoid the noise. A small grocery store is also a short walk away. It is a 3rd floor unit with no lift/elevator so be prepared with heavy luggage. The apartment has cable TV, WiFi, and A/C, and the owner was always responsive to answer questions. Unit advertised 2 bathrooms, however, there is 1 bathroom with a shower, and the 2nd only a...
