It is within 5 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to downtown San Jose. The house provides 3 bedrooms with one located in the main part of the house and the other 2 are located on the side of the house. The main part of the house provides a full size kitchen with all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and additional seating outdoors for dinner and relaxation! Comfortable and well-appointed home
This is a lovely home with upscale finishes such as granite countertops, upgraded appliances, tiled showers, comfortable furniture and beds, ceiling fans, and ac units in most rooms. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, ample glassware and dishes (though plastic, which is common in Mexico). The kitchen and living area were very comfortable and functional. There is a pleasant patio room with glass sliders in addition to an open terrace. The view is not quite as fabulous as suggested on the website, and it is a bit farther walk to the beach and restaurants then we expected. La Playita is a sleepy little town next to the Puerto Los Cabos marina, but there are a few restaurants there. The house was perfect for three couples. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs with exterior doors. All bedrooms have Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. The management was very cooperative and friendly. They let us check in early and even met us halfway to the airport when we were told we had forgotten to leave one set of keys. Thank you! We would definitely stay there again.
