"The premises was lovely, our suite was stupendous, but the highlight was the plunge pool, do not settle for less.. We had a magical time at Zadun Ritz! The staff was top notch, our favorite person there was Uriel, our waiter..he was fabulous! He and the staff made our breakfast experience unforgettable, including the young lady in host area of restaurant. I also want to mention, Jesus was awesome, he works in pool area closest to the ocean. Every single person was great and let’s not forget our cleaning crew…sweethearts! Mario, room service assistant. Damar, Bruno, Pedro and Pablo at Candil were great. Thank you for our beautiful and lovely experience..we will be back. Xoxoxo"

"The overall experience was good. During chech-in, we got an upgrade, however, was pushed to use the app, and find our room in the app. We had to ask couple people and was directed to wrong buildings, before finding our room. The other thing can mention, that some of the restaurants are not open everyday, so plan ahead."

"We love the restaurant NAO on the lobby floor and we were looking forward to having breakfast there again but it was closed. They said it’s a day off. We walked to Jazmín’s instead. Also great. For some reason the AC wasn’t working this time in our room. It was our 3rd time staying there and the other times the AC worked fine. I wish refrigerators were included in their rooms also. Including refrigerators is rather standard these days. The neighborhood is delightful and is walkable for any needs."

"Me gusto todo en realidad, el lugar con excelente limpieza, atencion de su personal increible, la comida deliciosa, las albercas increibles los accesos a la playa la vista panoramica del cuarto de hotel, me recibio su un señor que representa a Expedia que no recuerdo el nombre de el pero super excelente su atencion y explicacion que me dio del hotel muy agradecido con el una excelente persona que me asesoro bastante mi reconocimiento para el y quiero decirles que eso ayuda mucho a que uno se sienta mejor y confiado, felicito a la compañia por tenerlo con ustedes. Agradecido y claro que regresare pronto"

"The staff very courteous and helpful with a smile on their face. The place was very clean The cleaning staff came to clean our every day. The food and drinks very good. Noise level very controlled never heard people under, above our floor or next door."
