"We had an amazing time at Krystal Grand. Our room was cleaned daily. They even set up decorations in the room for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The staff was always helpful with anything we needed including helping us make reservations to the restaurants. We had an amazing time!"

"The receptionists at this hotel were very helpful and friendly, they helped make my stay more pleasant. Cleaning staff were all friendly and efficient, I found the rooms clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside terraza was located right outside my bedroom window and I could see how that could be a problem when the hotel is busier, but during my stay all was quiet. The location of the hotel is second to none, a half-block off the main square of San Jose del Cabo. One word of caution, the hotel is comprised of 4 levels and there is no elevator for anyone with mobility issues."
