"My partner and I stayed here for a week in February 2024. It's a lovely apart-hotel in a wonderful location. The area right around the hotel is a bit touristy, but quite comfortable and bustling. It's steps from a metro stop, a very short walk to a full grocery store, near plentiful restaurants and bars (La Mesita was excellent). The room was very nice: good kitchenette with everything you need, nice sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, etc. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet room....

"Arrived after a long flight expecting to be shown straight to our air conditioned apartment. Unfortunately the number of the apartment we expected to be directed to was incorrect, after some difficulties with translation , thanks to the security staff on duty we were re directed further down the block to a different apartment. Security / reception at the new block were not able to confirm our booking but luckily a cleaner had the good sense to use google translate to advise us our apartment was...

"I initially booked this property for a few days to be in the wonderful, cosmopolitan, safe Providencia neighborhood. I am an American from NYC and working remotely seeing nature areas of Chile on weekends when I am off (Atacama, Valle del Equi, Valparaiso, etc.). Anita and the staff were beyond friendly and allowed me to store extra bags and packages while I checked out during weekends to go else where and would have my bags back in the room when I returned. The apartment had a nice living...

"From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean."
