"When we arrived the toilet and both sinks were leaking, I contacted the manager and everything was sorted out but with a leak so we only used one sink. The floor in the ad was ceramic but in reality it was cement, there was a TV on the poster but not in reality. He had a camping-style shower installed for us for hot water, it worked for 2 weeks. The pool was in a very very ordinary state, greenish water and full of algae at the bottom. After 5 weeks they emptied the pool and refilled it with new...

"A very pleasant stay in a very clean, modern, quiet and welcoming apartment, well located if you want to be close to downtown San Juan. A few details though:- repair the shower head which leaks on the side, causing excess water consumption ;- there's no door between the bedroom and the kitchen, yet the latter has a window which is completely open to the outside (and which we can't close); so when we turn on the air-conditioning in the bedroom, it has trouble working efficiently, not to mention...

"The property was lovely, and the location was a short 15-minute walk to the beach. We felt safe at the location (it is gated with security guards), good parking facilities, and there were a number of fun surprises! We liked the macaws and the peacocks about. The pool space was lovely. We did have to reach out to check in, but the team was accommodating on check-in process and friendly."
