"We had a very nice stay at Casa 9. It is a beautiful and clean property. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good as well, near some excellent restaurant options. I would have given perfect scores but the “virtual” 24/7 concierge was not very responsive to us. I have only seen positive feedback on the concierge service in other reviews so we may have caught him during a bad time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend Casa 9. "

"We love staying at Casa Bis! The folks who work there are awesome and the rooms are super cute/clean. The shower head in our room needs to be resealed as the top of it was spraying out water and the bathroom does have a bit of a funky smell, but these aren’t things that wouldn’t have us coming back over and over again!"

Guy and his team have done an amazing job with the property. The roof top is an oasis. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was incredible— best croissant outside of Paris I’ve had. She gave us the wrong keys and would not help us when we could not open the door. Her housekeeper came and confirmed that the keys were wrong. "The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm.
