Hi! I'm Sonia. Welcome to my beach house! It can accommodate 4 people, a great terrace and direct access to the beach :)

Apartment very well located, on the beachfront of the Mediterranean Sea, just 50 meters from the Mar Menor, with an excellent swimming area.

Enjoy this modern and completely renovated space and its marine decoration.

Splendid views of the two seas, and the lighthouse of Cabo de Palos.

Sleep peacefully with the soothing sound of wave rocking.

Accommodation
It consists of two spaces that can be independent, through a system of blinds, which allow one environment to be isolated from another.

The two spaces are physically separated by a step, at the top is the bedroom in which there are two 90 cm beds with viscoelastic mattresses.

In the lower part is the dining room, which has a chaislonge sofa, which converts with a simple movement in a 150 cm bed, a good place to relax, read, enjoy the views or enjoy a movie or its series favorite.

The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave / grill oven, hob, coffee maker, manual juicer, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, tablecloths, children's glasses and other household items in a kitchen.

We have toilet paper, kitchen, oil, salt, coffee, sugar and a small welcome detail of water and infusions.

The sofa has a chest where the pillows are stored and rest and bedding that is not put. The beds have sheets, comforters, duvet covers, pillows. Towels.

On the terrace there is a closet with TOYS FOR THE BEACH and 2 beach chairs / loungers.

In the bathroom there is a closet where the toilet paper, medicine cabinet and you will also find the umbrella. In the chest of drawers there is a hair dryer and a stove for the bathroom, if needed in the months and winter.

In the house there are 3 tables: one for the terrace with 2 chairs, another that folds in the dining room with 2 more chairs and another small one that comes great for children to eat or entertain themselves playing, the latter has 2 small chairs For the little ones.

On the terrace you will find a large outdoor clothesline, and in the house another folding clothesline.

Under one of the beds you will find a padded carpet for the little ones to play.

The sofa becomes a bed by pulling two ribbons that are in the front, very easily, simply by gently pulling.

The shower is non-slip, made of very wide work. It has a lower tap and control with adjustable height bar.

The urbanization has a concierge. There are pedestrian areas with benches where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, as well as a place where children can play safely.

ONE OF THE STRONG POINTS OF THIS APARTMENT, IS THE SPACIOUS PRIVATE PARKING THAT YOU HAVE (outdoors): - included in the price, since in the summer months it is very difficult to park in La Manga, since many urbanizations do not have and Outside there is very little place to park.

Next to the Urbanization you will find supermarkets, cafeterias, bars and restaurants, take-away food house, and even custom paellas or pizzas, souvenir and clothing stores, footwear, bakeries, hairdressers (next-door urbanization, all on foot, 1 minute).

Cabo de Palos, Marina Nature Reserve, is 5 km away, you can easily travel by car or bus and in high season on the guide, local tourist train.

There you can go scuba diving, whether it is the first time or if you are lovers of this fantastic sport, you can go to the Ants Islands and dive to some sunken wreck (SUNK BOATS).

There are several diving schools and you can also take an intensive course or enjoy the famous diving baptism.

Located in the Monaco urbanization with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea, it has outdoor showers where you can comfortably remove the sand from the beach.

Crossing the road, just 50 m. Mar Menor beach is located, both have lava pie for your comfort.

In high season as soon as you leave the building you will find a lifeguard house.

The urbanization has a doorman, pedestrian areas with benches where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, as well as a place where children can play safely.

One of the strong points of the Urbanization is the large private, outdoor parking with which the free urbanization has.

Next to the Urbanization you will have 2 supermarkets, cafeterias, bars and restaurants, a takeaway house and even custom paellas or pizzas, souvenir and clothing stores, shoes, bakeries, hairdressers.

HOUSE'S RULES:

- Upon arrival, you must complete and sign a registration form per guest over 16 years. If we have not been able to receive you in person, I will need you to send me a photo of them. The originals will stay in the accommodation.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only on the terrace.

- Please, before leaving the house make sure you do not leave any belongings or food remains. If you can leave food unopened and not perishable, the following guests will thank you for sure;)

- Cleaning after your stay is included, but you must take out the trash and wash the dishes.

- Please, do not climb with shoes to the beds and the sofa, and avoid not staining the cover of this one.
