"The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. My room was small but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was large and also very clean. Lots of bath towels were provided. Several previous reviews mention noise, but I found it very quiet even on Easter Sunday. It is one block to a lovely, sandy beach and about 3 blocks to a street with several good restaurants/coffee bars. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers and would happily stay at this hotel again."

"Marie and Franck were very hospitable hosts, providing excellent communication for our stay in the villa and also recommendations for restaurants they use locally and in the city of Murcia. The villa is very well equipped - it has all the equipment needed to host 8 people in terms of kitchen equipment, loungers and outdoor seating (which isn't always the case for villas with beds for 8 people). The pool is also large (approx. 10m length) for a private villa pool. The villa is a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa as a base for the Mar Menor area and Marie and Franck as hosts."

"Hi I checked in to this hotel but I did not lift the window shutter till later on in the day . I was shocked to see that I was living on a garage forecourt ! So I could not use the balcony or have the curtains open as people that were filling their cars with petrol could see ands practically walk into my room as it was on the ground floor it was Awful ! No staff at reception so u went for dinner and when I returned there was still no staff . I was tired so went to bed and left after breakfast and will never return ."

"The beach front location was stunning, reminded me of Florida 20 years ago! Francisca was a fabulous hostess responding to our questions and needs in an expedient manner. I had a damaged leg and it gave me time to relax and be carefree away from the hustle and bustle of the city."

"Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified. Allow users access off hours, it is not easy to travel here. Leave a lockbox outside. Print draw bridge schedule, draw bridge broke twice within two days."
