The apartment has a comfortable lounge with a flat screen TV and a kitchen with brand new oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Wifi and free parking. Murcia-International airport is approximately 1 hour away by car.

This apartment is located in a very popular part of La Manga and is within 5minutes walking distant of the Mediterranean sea and its white sandy beach. It has great views of the canal leading from the Mar Menor to the Mediterranean sea and communal outdoor pool and has free parking .
The apartment features tiled floors and natural airflow throughout due to its location. The lounge hosts a sofa , chair, dining room table and chairs and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is bright with natural lighting, it has a brand new oven, hob and washing machine and a dishwasher. It is fully equipped with all essential kitchen appliances and utensils. The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and views over the canal and mediterranean sea. The second bedroom hosts 2 single beds ,bedside table and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is bright with natural light , has a bath with an over the bath shower, vanity unit and light up mirror, toilet and bidet.
