Bright and fully equipped in a front line development

Beautiful two-bedroom apartament located in Punta Cormorán development, in Veneziola area.

Cosy and tastefully decorated apartment with an airy living room with a brand new sofa-bed, TV and dining area; independent kitchen, fully fitted and galley attached with the washing machine and boiler; family bathroom with bath tub; bedroom with two new twin beds; and a main bedroom with a new double bed and its own bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms and the living room give access onto the terrace, perfect to enjoy views to the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment has got centralised aircon with heat and cold pump and wifi connection.

Dogs are allowed with prior notice (25€ as fee per dog for the whole stay).

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.

There is parking space (included in the price) situated in the underground communal garage.

The development has got a lovely pool just in front of the sea promenade, and with direct access to the beach. It is normally open from Easter till the end of October (dates to be confirmed seasonally).


LOCATION:

The apartment is located in the 17 km of La Manga strip, Veneziola, in a frontline development - there are side views to the sea from the apartment. The Mar Menor it is also walking distance from the apartment.
There are a couple of supermarkets in the area, some bars and restaurants and a chemist's.

Just 3 km away there is a bigger supermarket (Spar) and in the Tomas Maestre Marina area there is another supermarket (Supercor). Close to this area, there is a multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior facilities, such as a gym with sea views - it can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
