"I don’t have any complains about the hotel, staff was actually very nice and tried their best to help us when needed, from laundry service, cleaning service, restaurant, taxi service from airport to the hotel and viceversa (taxi drivers were very nice and funny to talk, provided suggestions and talked about Lima and other touristic destinations). The only thing I would suggest is to provide different types of food at the breakfast buffet, was delicious but maybe variety on the menu."

I asked a king sized bed and paid for it; however I was given (2) two twin mattresses merged one with each other. I hate the feel when my body is in the middle of that gap. Hotel located in great area; however I would stay elsewhere. You will hear every person on the floor due to no isolation and cheap room doors. The security by the main entrance was a welcome addition and they were so polite. Also the bar was even great and the bartenders are excellent!"

"The hotel was very restful and convenient to things in San Isidro. The staff was absolutely wonderful and bent over backwards to help us in all sorts of ways. I'd like to give a special shout-out to manager Michael Azuaje who made the saying, "my house is your house," a reality.
