"Loved this place so much! This place is beautiful, the howler monkeys are amazing and the staff…the staff is WONDERFUL!! The food is great and not overly priced. The only thing I didn’t enjoy about this place were the beds (way toooo hard) and the hot water is very unstable. Otherwise this place is amazing. "

"We enjoyed our time here! Our family of five stayed comfortably in the “one room family suite” which had a mini fridge and a microwave. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and the pool is very nice. This was a great spot for a home base while exploring all the ruins. "

"Room was fantastic, a true luxury treehouse in the jungle. The property and staff were amazing, we actually cancelled our offsite tour to enjoy all of the onsite offerings. So much attention to detail and felt at home immediately! We will definitely be back "

"I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc. I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again."

"The bed was so comfortable and the king suite was huge like an apartment. We loved this hotel on a pedestrian-only street in San Ignacio. The hotel provided free water and had a well stocked kitchen for light cooking and reheating. 10/10 would stay here again. Close walk to farmers market and many restaurants."

"Breakfast was very fresh and well presented and served. Room was clean and well serviced. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming with a very refreshing drink served on arrival. We didn’t use the spa but enjoyed the pool. The shuttle service was also convenient as we didn’t have a car. A great stay - thank you!"

"Loved the jungle setting, am birding tour, exceptional vegetarian dinner. Cabin kitchen well equipped, friendly staff. Close to town. Secure parking. Fire pit was nice to meet other folks. A lovely local lodge. "
