"Was nervous approaching the hotel. The lobby was rather hidden and the main hallway was in rough shape, but the actual hallways on the floors and rooms were recently renovated and super cute! Location was great, and price very affordable. Diamond in the rough for sure 😁"

I loved that even though it is in a shared building that there was a main door on the street that you needed a code or key for and then there was a key needed to access where the rooms are and then your room key so it felt very safe. "The property was outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome along the Tiber River. This was a major plus for us. We preferred the longer walks to Romes major attractions to staying in a more serene environment. "

"Convenient located in the heart of Rome, walking distance for lot of the attractions. Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault. I suggest a mirror , at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses in the room , maybe a coffee maker ? "

"Property manager, Pia, was extremely helpful getting us setup. She reached out early with access codes, and then followed up to make sure we accessed our room without issues. It all went so smoothly for our first time booking at a quaint, boutique hotel, because of Pia. The hotel was very nice, with modern rooms, and very private. The balcony was fantastic for having an espresso in the morning and wine at night."
