"We arrived late at night down a tiny, twisty dirt road after having been lost and exhausted from hours of travel. The castle was certainly impressive in the dark! Marzio was patient and communicative and settled us in even though we were so late. Bird song woke us to an idyllic setting, roses in bloom, views of the landscape and a perfect terrace for coffee. "Words can't can't describe how much we enjoyed our stay. Anna became one our family and ours hers. She brought a doctor to the unit so I was able to get a needed prescription.
