Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.

Apartment on two levels, completely independent.
The ground floor has a kitchen with dining room, and a large garden outside, private, furnished and with barbecue.
In the basement there is a small living room with single sofa-bed (€ 50 per week) and TV, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom.
The rooms are air-conditioned and recently built, although maintaining the typical Tuscan style.

The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Bed, Final Cleaning, Pool towels, Tourist tax, Washing Machine.
