Large property on the top of a hill just a few kilometers from San Gimignano, nestled among vineyards and olive groves.
It is made up of a villa for 10 people, 5 recently-renovated apartments and one studio apartment ( 650 m away). On the property there is also the church of San Lorenzo a Montauto, and the owner’s house, which is completely independent.
The pool is located next to the apartments, but is shared by all property guests. This exquisite property nestled in nature is perfect for a quiet vacation in the countryside. Since it sits along the famous Via Francigena, and in an area rich in wine and food, it is perfect for a quiet vacation in nature.
The property’s excellent location is within easy reach of area attractions.
