We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. "Pianello is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and a wonderful bar. A lake ferry stop there as well for exploring other towns in Lake Como. The view for the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well required and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Paola was excellent. I highly recommend this place."

"Jolie maison, propre et tres bien équipée avec terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme a 10mn de Menaggio. Place de parking devant la maison et commerces et plage au centre du village accessibles a 5mn a pieds. Nous avons été tres bien reçus par les propriétaires. Jardin avec belle vue sur le lac accessible par quelques marches au dessus de la maison, très typique au Lac de Côme. Restaurant au village avec très bonnes pizzas! Nous recommandons!"

Man kann Ausflüge In die Umgebung und Bergtouren machen. Vögel beobachten oder schwimmen. Schön war, dass es möglich war draußen zu sitzen. Je nach Jahreszeit sollten Sie ein Zeckenmittel mitnehmen."

"The appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back."

"Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt...

"A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!"

"We stayed in Ai Mulini holiday home for one week in the beginning of July. This was a perfect timing with the garden and pool being in the sun the whole day. We love the Italian Alps and it was very easy to go to different villages from the holiday home. The garden was excellent. Many separate rooms make this perfect for different couples with children. "We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. The apartment has a wood pellet...
