"22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here "

There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. "This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and beautiful. We were there for 1 week and totally enjoyed our selves. The home itself is very well equipped with whatever one would need. "The two landlords are two loving elderly people who take touching care of their guests. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and hardly leaves anything to be desired. The mountain village in which the house is located is tiny but beautifully situated. If you want a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. "The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."
