"Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was...

We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"Terrible. Although I didn’t stay for my stay they threaten to take “legal actions” because their system never charged me on the due date for my stay. That resulting in us not staying because it was too much hassle. Mind u they claim they have video evidence of me checking in which is a lie because I never did.
