"The flat was clean and tidy and brilliantly located for all Alicante has to offer. Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication."

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space.
